• Position will be mostly remote, but may need to be on-site occasionally for key meetings/interactions
• Responsible for the project engineering leadership of the Controls System team, which consists of multi-disciplinary members.
• Develop and manage program EAC.
• Develop resource plans, ensure proper forecast in the MAT tool with help from PP&C and PMO.
• Build and maintain the program IMS, and deploy earned value management.
• Provide clarity and prioritization on engineering task execution to ensure projects are completed within budget and scheduling constraints.
