Sr. Program Manager, Pmo (San Pedro Tlaquepaque)

A DRAM PMO Program Manager (PMgr) at Micron is responsible for the development of DRAM products from the planning stage through qualification and product ramp in accordance with Micron's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process.
The role also includes ensuring program targets are met (schedule, quality, cost, manufacturing readiness, budget) and directing the Product Development Team (PDT).
ResponsibilitiesCapture product requirements, align with BU, Engineering and Operations functions, and establish a SOR (scope of record) prior to SG2.Develop and publish a ProChain based schedule.
Monitor the plan throughout the project.
Drive and track required actions and follow‐ups especially when the execution is off schedule.Work with NPI representatives across the company on a sample delivery plan for ES/QS.Set up and direct a Product Development Team (PDT).
