Sr Production Supervisor (Mexicali)

Primary Function of Position: Achieve along with a functional team, performance goals for Production Line. The goals will include Safety Incidents, Absenteeism, Turnover, PL, DN, NCR, Scrap, Prod Plan, Efficiency, Hour's accuracy, Down time.

• Lead or support Lean Manufacturing Initiatives A3/Kaizen/GB/PM.
• Work closely with all support departments to resolve daily production issues.
• Train, develop, enforce adherence to the applicable DOP and SOP of Quality System & Manufacturing.
• Perform Interviews, hire and train employees plan, assign and manage workload to monitor their development plans (TAP), reward and discipline employees, manage conflicts.
• Plan, supervise, drive improvement and report production performance (Output/Yield/RCA/Efficiency).
• Onboarding, tracking requirements for new employees.
• Deploy and sustain IPS Initiatives (Std work/Tiers/VSM/6S/CI Program/...
