Sr Production Planner (Temporary 1 year)

Plays an instrumental role in the key planning process of the Company, namely Flow of Finished Goods. This position supports the stability of the daily operations and the availability of the Finished Good at the Distribution Center.

Production Plan Optimization

• Priority Alignment: Adjust Finished Goods plans based on real-time supply changes.
• Weekly Feasibility: Ensure the production plans are executable by managing.
• Efficient machinery utilization and facility capacity.
• Material availability and feasibility.
• Labor optimization to minimize idle people.
• Meeting target Change Over quantities.
• Inventory Management: Maintain Pre-Pack inventory within healthy target ranges.

Execution & Monitoring

• New Product Introductions (NPI) & Programs: Ensure novelties and special programs are scheduled to meet agreed‑upon timelines and quantities.
