The Senior Product Manager – Growth will own the strategy, experimentation roadmap, and execution of growth initiatives across i Herb’s B2 C e‑commerce experience. This role is accountable for driving measurable improvements in acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and lifetime value across web, app, and owned marketing channels.

This is a hands‑on role where you will be responsible for identifying friction in the customer journey and running high‑velocity experiments to optimize the funnel. You are a ‘full‑stack’ growth thinker who understands how to use data and insights to unlock revenue and customer value at scale.
