Sr Process Engineer (Aerospace Polymerics application) (Guadalajara)

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Process Engineer position focuses on cost, quality, and delivery improvements for polymer manufacturing in the Aerospace area.

• Lead and optimize critical polymer application processes.
• Ensure stability, quality, and compliance with key parameters of dispensing equipment (staking, underfill, conformal coating).
• Apply processes to aerospace‑grade PCBAs.
• Identify and eliminate process variations.
• Collaborate closely with quality, production, and engineering teams.
• Interface with international clients.
• Drive improvements that directly impact operations.
• Travel when required to maintain and support projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience with similar responsibilities.
• Experience in electronic manufacturing (desirable).
