What You’ll Do
- Delivering practical and theoretical technical training sessions, the candidate will take an active and responsive mentoring role in developing and disseminating knowledge to internal and external technical global audiences, which may include partners/customers/end users.
- Extensive knowledge about the entire SOTI One Platform product portfolio, not limited to MobiControl and inclusive of other MDM / EMM platforms as applicable.
- Advanced knowledge of technologies, troubleshooting, known issues and specific application solutions. (see questionnaire below).
- Exceptional presentation, communication and interpersonal skills exhibiting a high degree of professionalism as a representative of Global Training and SOTI.
