Job Summary
Eaton’s IS VEH EMB division is seeking a Senior Planner to convert customer demand in SAP into production signals, aligning with plant goals such as on-time delivery and productivity.
Responsibilities- Follow MRP signals to create work orders timely to satisfy customer demand, achieve desired safety stock and maintain workflow on the production line in alignment with the Master Production Schedule.
- Create and deliver a production plan and sequence to achieve OTD, Sales and Productivity.
- Communicate and coordinate with product line supervisors/leaders and purchasing teams to ensure schedule attainment and recovery if required.
- Monitor and report to purchasing area material shortages.
- Communicate frequently, proactively with customer service team to meet or exceed customer expectations and maintain up-to-date backlog status.
