Job SummaryEaton's IS VEH EMB division is seeking a Senior Planner to convert customer demand in SAP into production signals, aligning with plant goals such as on-time delivery and productivity.ResponsibilitiesFollow MRP signals to create work orders timely to satisfy customer demand, achieve desired safety stock and maintain workflow on the production line in alignment with the Master Production Schedule.Create and deliver a production plan and sequence to achieve OTD, Sales and Productivity.Communicate and coordinate with product line supervisors/leaders and purchasing teams to ensure schedule attainment and recovery if required.Monitor and report to purchasing area material shortages.Communicate frequently, proactively with customer service team to meet or exceed customer expectations and maintain up-to-date backlog status.Follow up with production control status of work orders, investigate factors that affect schedules to modify production plan as necessary.Follow escalation pro...
