Position Overview
We are seeking a Sr People Business Partner, an advanced People strategist and trusted advisor who operates at senior leadership altitude and brings independent judgment, enterprise perspective, and strong executive influence.
This role is designed for an experienced Senior PBP who goes beyond program execution to shape people strategy, influence leadership decisions, and proactively address complex organizational challenges. You will partner closely with Vice Presidents in a dynamic, global, and evolving business environment, helping leaders translate business strategy into sustainable organizational outcomes.
As a Sr PBP, you will be expected to think ahead of the business, diagnose root causes, frame complex people and organizational issues, and recommend integrated, forward-looking solutions.
