Sr. Pen Test/Red Teaming Developer (Hybrid) (Toronto)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom security tools and automation scripts for penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
• Handle complex engineering challenges requiring both development expertise and security knowledge.
• Build integrations between security tools and enterprise systems.

Penetration Testing & Red Teaming

• Conduct comprehensive penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities in applications and infrastructure.
• Participate in red team exercises to simulate real-world attack scenarios.
• Identify and document security weaknesses with clear remediation guidance.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience in Security Engineering or Software Development with a security focus.
