Flex – Program Manager (Juarez Sur)Job Summary: To support extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to growth, we are looking to add a Program Manager located in Juarez Sur.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain business relationships, maximize customer satisfaction.Manage the relationship with the customer through monthly or quarterly reviews.Coordinate with the Cross‐Functional Team (CFT) to ensure compliance with scheduled targets (quality, testing, materials, processes).
Participate in View Point reviews to assess customer and GAM satisfaction and implement improvements.Monitor, report, and troubleshoot accounts receivable (AR).
