Our Sr. Operations Managers are responsible for all budgetary, people development, and operations objectives. They manage and lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, coach and mentor staff to ensure performance objectives are met, build positive employee relations, and develop leadership bench strength within the Fulfillment Center.
Responsibilities
- Drive creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other Lean initiatives to enable the functional area and ultimately the FC to meet and exceed the business plan.
- Be responsible for the overall safety, quality, performance, and customer experience of either Inbound or Outbound operations.
- Set and clarify requirements and expectations for Operations and Area Managers; measure performance, provide feedback, and hold Ops Managers accountable for their performance and that of their departments.
