Overview:
Join our team as an NPI Sr Technician, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our NPI Engineer with the coordination, implementation, and monitoring of new products and Select Batches.
Your expertise will drive innovation and help bring exciting new products to market.
**Responsibilities**:
- Translate the initial version of Work Instructions (Draft) received by the NPI/NPM Engineer for new PN's of BRT's/LCM's (Optional use of Official LPS/MPS Format).
- Work in coordination with the Manufacturing Engineer to update the initial Draft based on notes provided after the first run.
- Deliver the updated Draft (Official LPS/MPS Format) to the Manufacturing Engineer.
- Verify against BOM the materials supplied to Production before starting each run.
- Ensure each workstation has the required Equipment and Fixtures.
- Participate in training new Operations.
