As a member of the NOC team, the role involves the following key responsibilities:
- Administering Cisco and Palo Alto-based network devices located globally
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain efficiency, reliability and high availability
- Analyze network traffic and usage patterns to optimize performance and scalability
- Respond to and resolve network outages, incidents, and service requests in a timely manner
- Work with team to support on-prem and cloud-based network integrations
- Implement security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls, to safeguard network integrity
- Regularly installing and updating network device software with the latest stable releases.
- Managing access controls as per business requirements and documenting all changes.
