• Lead project management for new‑product‑introduction (NPI) tooling, including assessment, planning, and replacement of existing metal tooling such as diecast, stamping, machining, and sheet‑metal equipment.
• Develop part and die cost estimates, identify alternatives, and conduct trade‑off analyses.
• Manage project schedules and drive the completion of multiple concurrent die‑replacement initiatives.
• Review tool‑repair requests and evaluate necessity, cost, and duration of repairs.
