Sr. Mechanical Engineering Technician

Overview

Will contribute to the development activities, sustaining needs and transfer of the company's new medical devices. Supports engineers in exercising judgment in building prototypes, developing test methods and conducting tests, collecting data and evaluating against specific criteria and maintaining equipment to implement designs, create technical reports, and ensure product/system functionality. The Engineering Technician is responsible in the areas of mechanical components and assembly build and test. Specific duties include mechanical and electro-mechanical prototyping and testing – thermal, structural, fluidic, and kinematic. Additionally, support mechanical parts procurement, documenting, and drafting if applicable.
