The Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer will contribute to the development of new products; work in a cross-functional environment with electrical controls, thermal & other development groups; manage a variety of tasks and activities in this dynamic environment; and solve complex problems related to High density and Liquid cooling applications for data centers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide daily support to manufacturing operations by ensuring seamless product flow through the production line, coordinating with both on-site factory personnel and the extended Center of Excellence (COE) team.
- Creates/modifies mechanical Parts/Assemblies/drawings in CAD systems, such as Creo and/or Solid Edge.
- Create and maintain Bill of Materials and unit configurator logic to select the correct BOM’s based on options selected by the customer.
