Sr Manufacturing Integration Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing Integration Engineer (MIE) to develop and launch manufacturing processes for the large pipeline of new products at our El Salto, Jalisco, Mexico plant.
The MIE will collaborate cross‐functionally, set manufacturing strategy, design production processes, and manage tooling and automation suppliers to achieve a flawless launch of a robust manufacturing process.What You Will DoParticipate in DFA/DFM activities with the cross‐functional team, providing plant feedback based on lessons learned and continuous improvement efforts.Work with front‐office MIE to develop manufacturing strategy.Collaborate with equipment vendors during design, development, testing, and qualification; contribute to equipmentFAT and SAT runs.Participate in equipment design reviews and solicit observations from operators and technicians.Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.Provide manufacturing decision‐makin...
