Role Overview
The Finance Business Partner will support sites in Alexandria, MN; Greenville, PA; and Ofallon, MO by developing financial plans, monitoring performance, and analyzing variances to forecast and plans.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Finance Business Partner for the specified sites.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts for each location, assessing risks and opportunities.
- Support the month‑end close process, including journal entries and variance analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and apply Lean tools to increase efficiency.
- Summarize and communicate plant financial performance to leadership.
- Drive cost reduction and productivity improvements in partnership with site leadership.
