Process Definition and Manufacturing Readiness with the following deliverables: Layout, Line Balance, Cell/Line Design, Material Presentation, Tooling and Fixturing, Process Documentation, Training and FPY
Equipment / Technology Selection and Capital Justification / Approval
Business Unit and Functional KPI's tracking and performance: Scrap, Operation Supplies, Change Over, Standard Hrs
