Job Overview
Leads small and medium sized projects and manages the technical elements.
Job Requirements
Using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes.
Working independently to solve problems where precedents may not exist and providing new perspective on existing solutions.
Training or mentoring junior staff or new members and providing inputs on performance expectations.
Aiding project management responsibilities in absence of the team leader/ project manager.
Education and Experience Requirements
BS degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial or related engineering.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+5 years of experience as ME.
Knowledge of TEOA, SPC, Six Sigma and other improvement techniques is preferred.
Working under pressure.
Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering experience within a manufacturing plant is preferred.
