Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, develop, and optimize production methods and workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Design the layout of equipment and work areas to achieve maximum operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot existing product and process issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Create and maintain essential documentation, including work instructions (SOPs), technical specifications, and bills of materials (BOMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Design, Supply Chain) to ensure the manufacturability of new products and manage their successful introduction (NPI).
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on new or existing methods and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and quality regulations.
