The role is responsible for leading a team of lease administrators, driving process optimization, and ensuring efficient and scalable lease administration operations. The Senior Manager is also accountable for optimizing payment workflows, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records. Working closely with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders, the role provides strategic insights to enhance service delivery, improve team performance, and strengthen client satisfaction.
