Sr. Manager - Strategy & Advisory (Banking Domain)

Role Objective

We are looking for a Sr. Manager - Strategy & Advisory in Banking Domain who operates upstream of delivery — entering engagements at the stage where the customer’s problem is not yet defined. This role shapes and frames banking and NBFC customer problems at the CXO and business-leader level, ahead of solution definition and delivery, positioning LUMIQ as a trusted domain advisor rather than a technology vendor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-engagement discovery with customer business leaders — CFOs, CROs, Heads of Lending, COO offices — to frame the business problem before solution definition begins.
• Develop point-of-view documents on customer-specific business problems: cost structures in collections, segment economics in retail lending, operational risk in payments, regulatory cost in KYC/KYB refresh cycles.
