Purpose of the Job: This role is an operational role focused on continuous improvement, cost reduction, strategy development, process transfer and commercial policy changes for Sonova's internal Service and Repair processes.
Provide end to end functional leadership by driving Operational Cost improvement Programs for Service and repair products.
This role will be a Key Process Owner for the region involved in making Service related decisions tied to Cost, Process Improvement, process Transfer.
This role is located in Mexicali, Mexico but carries responsibility for the Americas Region across 4 sites.
International travel to other sites will be required under this role.
