**SR PLANNING MANAGER*****:This position coordinates and manages the Planning Department and associated Planners and / or BOM Specialists.Provides training and monitors planning activities and metrics.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Develops and implements the company's production control functions including any of the following activities: production planning/coordination, shop scheduling and dispatching, material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, material and labor variance controls, and manufacturing performance reporting.
- Ensure that S&OE and S&OP are sustained at the intended maturity level with adherence to the relevant weekly and monthly processes.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
