The Learning Delivery Sr. Manager works with Clients, internal Customer Success, various program and support roles, plus contract Instructors while leading our Learning Delivery Managers (LDMs) team to ensure that all LDM employees remain productive while providing the highest level of service to IBO/CSP, Client, and Corporate program support roles. The Learning Delivery Sr. Manager will receive directives from the Director of Learning Delivery and will assist in driving results on the LDPM Team. This includes the monitoring, coaching and supporting the LDM team.
