**_WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: _**
- Develop, implement, and maintain Import and Export compliance policies and procedures in accordance with local and international legislation and policies
- Identify the accurate filing of Customs documents in order to make sure they are in compliance with the existing tariff and non-tariff regulations applicable to duty deferral programs operations (IMMEX program)
- Settle level compliance of the temporary imports of machinery and equipment in regards to the legal entry, stay, location and use of such goods
- Verify the right Incoterm rule prevailing on every foreign trade transaction is declared on customs documents, to prevent any issues in regards with the valuation of goods for custo...
