Sr. Manager, Global Supply Chain

Responsibilities

Represent Mattel’s Global Supply Chain in Canada and liaise with the Canada Country Manager.

Oversee two teams:

Supply Chain Planning

Demand Planning

Replenishment Planning

Customer Fulfillment & Inventory Management

Allocation & Order Fulfillment

Inventory Optimization

Manage relationships with key customers, vendors, and industry groups.

Drive cost‑effective supply‑chain initiatives to support strategic growth.

Lead planning function to maintain high fill rates and target inventory levels.

Elevate visibility of planning, enhance reporting, and address key issues promptly.

Review processes, share best practices across planning teams.

Qualifications

University degree required.

8+ years of related business experience.

Experience with contemporary planning platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder, Anaplan).
