Summary of major duties:

Own Category Sourcing Strategy To Drive Growth and Strategic Advantage

Responsible for the development, implementation and performance of the Oils Category Sourcing Strategy, to:

Source requirements across Hershey and BFY brands that meet current and future business needs across Sustainable, Reliable and Affordable;

Manage the assessment, selection and development of strategic suppliers to meet requirements and performance kpis;

Ensure appropriate agreements and contracts are in place, to provide the necessary safeguards, and manages against these contracts;

Research developing technologies, supply chain capacity/capabilities, and supply/demand challenges.
