This role defines technical direction, system architecture, and organizational priorities to ensure delivery of integrated, high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
This leader oversees engineering execution through Managers and Leads, ensuring alignment across programs, effective resource utilization, and development of a high-performing engineering organization. The Sr Manager partners cross-functionally to align technology development with product strategy, innovation, and long-term growth.
