Workplace Design and Experience shapes the future of work at CIBC by implementing our Global Workplace Experience Strategy and measuring its impact across our premises. As a Senior Manager, Global Design within the Workplace Design & Experience team, you'll oversee all phases of design and construction for workplace and retail projects, ensuring they align with CIBC’s standards, guidelines, and quality expectations. You’ll act as the owner’s representative, making timely decisions on behalf of CIBC, and provide direction to external design consultants to deliver innovative environments.
