Sr Logistics Specialist

**SUMMARY**:This position provides comprehensive support to Import/Export Specialists and internal assistance to the Logistics Specialist team.The role ensures accuracy and compliance in data management processes while supporting documentation and operational flow across domestic, ocean, and air cargo activities.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Other duties may be assigned._- Assist with logistics data entry and documentation for domestic, ocean, and air cargo movements.
- Perform data entry in CargoWise and maintain up-to-date shipment records.
- Track and validate departure, arrival, and delivery of international freight with carriers to support Import/Export operations.
- Manage ISF filings with Customs for assigned accounts.
- Update systems based on pre-alert documents, arrival notices, and other relevant documentation.
