You are an experienced Linux professional ready to lead critical infrastructure projects. Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. Linux Administrator. This position involves managing and supporting Linux environments, ensuring seamless migration and operational stability for a key project involving a Siebel upgrade and migration from Windows to Linux.
Pay rate range (CAD): $70.00/hr - $75.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Linux system issues and perform installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Develop and maintain documentation for Linux environments and processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure readiness
- Manage and support IBM MQ systems
- Create shell scripts to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency
