Role Mission
The Assistant Manager for Lease of Robinsons Offices supports the Lease Manager in maximizing the occupancy of assigned inventories, accounts, and projects. The role is responsible for engaging with prospective and existing tenants, strengthening relationships with business partners, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service to build and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or related courses; a Master’s degree is an advantage but not required.
- At least 5 years of extensive experience in leasing, asset management, and customer service, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
