Sr. Learning Experience Designer New Remote Mexico

Mitratech is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer to lead the end-to-end creation of high impact learning for our workforce from identifying what needs to be learned, to designing how it should be taught, to building the final course. This is a hybrid role that spans instructional strategy and hands‑on eLearning development, sitting within the People & L&D team and working closely with HR business partners, subject matter experts, and department leads. The ideal candidate thinks like a designer, builds like a developer, and always keeps the learning at the center.
