Overview:
- Collaborate with Program Managers and the Director to envision and design comprehensive learning journeys that align with strategic objectives.
- Develop engaging and effective learning experiences that meet identified needs and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Ensure learning journeys are holistic, integrating various modalities (e.g., in-person, virtual, e-learning, peer-to-peer, hands-on projects) to create a seamless learning experience.
Content Development
- Lead the development of learning materials, including ILT, e-learning modules, websites, job aids, and other resources.
- Utilize best practices in instructional design to create high-quality, impactful learning content.
