Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Instructional Design
- Partner with the Director of Global Product & VAS Learning Experience and learning partners on upcoming roadmaps/projects engaging in discovery, design, capacity planning and resourcing.
- Integrate Generative AI into both content development and learner experience design—using AI-driven personalization, adaptive pathways, and conversational interfaces to elevate engagement and scalability.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across Visa to understand learning needs and design effective and efficient learning curriculum and solutions, leveraging the latest in adult learning principles, internal guidelines, accessibility/WCAG, and design thinking.
