The ideal candidate will have good hands & exposure in the automotive industry, specifically in vehicle telematics. The role requires a deep understanding of various communication protocols (CAN, TCP/IP, MQTT, LIN, UART) and embedded architectures. Telematics Protocol Expertise: Hands-on experience with serial protocols, CAN analysis (vector-canoe, CANalyzer), and CAN simulation tools. Communication Protocol knowledge: CAN, TCP/IP, VLAN, MQTT, LIN, UART Software Testing: Proficiency in integration, black-box, sanity, smoke, unit testing, and validation of software APIs. Defect & Log Analysis: Identify defects, generate reports, and perform log analysis for debugging. Network Simulators: Knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G simulators is advantageous.
