Launch Engineer, Launch Technician I & II

Key responsibilities include:

• Attend recurring internal and external meetings for project progress and new launches.
• Generate and release documentation: PFMEAS, flow charts, control plans, visual aids, etc.
• Coordinate documents to support M Gates reviews.
• Maintain and communicate project status using Microsoft Project.
• Comply with quality systems and environmental management.
• Manage engineering changes with the CFT and ensure successful implementation.
• Review PLM status and follow up with Program Manager on PV runs.
• Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through established communication channels.
• Represent customer needs in internal functions per quality system and customer specific requirements.
• Coordinate new model first run, maturity gates, compliance assurance.
