Sr. IT Security Engineer to support and augment existing tooling in a Microsoft environment (Ottawa)

Our client is looking for a Sr. IT Security Engineer to support and augment existing tooling in a Microsoft workplace. In this role, you will ensure that the organization's information systems are protected, and you will oversee security practices across technologies and processes, designing robust security solutions.

2 year term contract (T4), with possibility of longer-term employment. Hybrid (Ottawa) or remote (Eastern Time Zone). Salary Range: $94, to $.

Must have: Eligible for Reliability Level security clearance. Experience with MS Security tools: Purview, Sentinel. Experience ensuring Azure compliancy with security governance. Nice to have: Cyber Security certifications (eg: CISSP).
