We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Support, Systems Administration, Enterprise Technical Support, or related IT functions.
- Experience working in a Shared Services, multinational, or multicultural environment is preferred.
- Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), ITIL principles, and enterprise IT operational environments.
