What You’ll Do
- Administer and support SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, and Workspace ONE UEM .
- Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployments, and endpoint configurations.
- Lead patch management activities, including ADRs, deployment schedules, maintenance windows, and compliance reporting .
- Drive endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, and operational health improvements.
- Package and deploy applications, operating system updates, and feature releases.
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint, deployment, and policy issues.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Develop PowerShell automation and operational workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Explore and implement AI-driven operational improvements where appropriate.
