Sr. Insights & Analytics Manager (18-month contract)

Job Purpose

GSK is looking to hire a Sr. Insights & Analytics Manager to join our ViiV Healthcare team. This 18‑month contract role is a hybrid model based in Mississauga or Montreal and reports directly to the Business Intelligence Director.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering on key I&A pillars: Performance Reporting, Forecasting, Commercial Analytics, Sales Force Effectiveness, Incentive Compensation, and Market Research.
• Lead the performance reporting process and deliver key reports (KPIs, monthly reviews, sales reporting, Power BI dashboards, etc.).
• Build customer, competitor, and performance insights; recommend opportunities; and collaborate cross‑functionally to prioritize actions.
• Lead and manage 2–4 I&A support resources.
• Conduct strategic partnership with sales leaders; lead the territory business planning process using data and insights.
