What You Will Do
- Establish the physical layout of machinery and the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow.
- Plan the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work and routings.
- Plan the allocation of resources, materials and personnel to establish maximum utilization of equipment.
- Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control.
- May be expected to travel to U.S. sites to assist with projects.
- Present engineering projects, process improvement initiatives, and operational results to manufacturing leadership and cross-functional teams, driving alignment and successful implementation.
