Join our Team. We are looking for a Senior Program Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of large, complex telecom programs. In this role, you will be fully accountable for program outcomes across network stability, time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will provide strategic leadership across multiple projects, vendors, and domains, acting as the single point of accountability for executive stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Lead and own large-scale, multi-year telecom programs across Core Network, 5G, Cloud, OSS/BSS, and IT transformation.
- Establish and govern robust program frameworks, including Steering Committees, risk and financial controls, decision logs, and escalation models.
- Ensure disciplined program execution covering scope, milestones, dependencies, and change control.
