Sr. Human Resources Manager
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
- 10+ years of demonstrated progressive experience in HR Business Partner roles.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of all Mexico labor laws.
- Executive level oral and written communication and presentation skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute both long-term and short-term HR strategies.
- Champion talent management in the organization to ensure improved attraction, retention and development of staff.
- Develop/evolve company policies.
- Manage all aspects of the HR function; develop, manage and communicate metrics and scorecards to monitor efficiency and effectiveness of HR function.
