The Human Resources Specialist administers a variety of human resources related activities and programs. With limited supervision of HR Management may coordinate training, personnel management, benefits, safety and labor relations among others to support 2nd shift operation.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist management with Union Permanent labor contracts for Associates.
- Manage day to day Labor relations.
- Manage wage progression for Union hourly employee.
- Assist with postings of employment opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews for internal recruitment process.
- Actively participate in tool box meetings providing feedback to HR department and Operations management as well as follow up on complaints.
- Monitor cafeteria supplier to ensure service is satisfactory to employees.
- Participate in the organization of social events such Picnic, Christmas party, Mother’s Day, Plant meeting, etc.
