Sr. HSE Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE management systems tailored to project-specific needs ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and audits, identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions to mitigate risks
• Lead incident investigations, analyzing root causes to prevent recurrence and enhance overall safety performance
• Provide training and mentorship to staff on HSE best practices, fostering a culture of safety awareness and compliance across all levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• At least 15 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in the oil and gas, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
